分子量: The recombinant human TGFa consists of 50 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 5.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of it is approximately 13 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
缓冲液: Lyophilized from sterile 50 mM Tris, 100 mM NaCl, pH 8.0.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
