FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD95 Description：

Reacts with the 40-50 kDa transmembrane human cell surface Fas or Apo-1 antigen. The Fas/Apo-1 antigen is a polypeptide which plays a
role in the programmed sequence of events leading to cell death, termed apoptosis. DX2 also cross-reacts with with a subset of peripheral
blood lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes of baboon and both rhesus and cynomolgus macaque monkeys. The distribution on
lymphocytes is similar to that seen with human peripheral blood lymphocytes, being broadly expressed on all major lymphocyte subsets.

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.
Store undiluted at 4° C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
