PE Mouse Anti-Human CD181 Description：

Reacts with Interleukin-8 receptor A (IL-8RA), a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein, expressed on monocytes and
granulocytes. It is also expressed on a subset of T cells. Both IL-8RA and IL-8RB are high affinity receptors for IL-8. IL-8 is an inflammatory
cytokine which induces chemotaxis of neutrophils, basophils and T lymphocytes. IL-8RA and IL-8RB were first clustered as CD128a and
CD128b, respectively in the VIIth HLDA workshop, and then were re-clustered as CD181 and CD182, respectively in the VIIIth HLDA
workshop

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed by gel
filtration chromatography.
