Reacts with the heavy chain of human immunoglobulin subclasses: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. Does not react with other heavy chain 
isotypes.

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.
