Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD45 Description：
Reacts with the 180, 190, 205, 220 kD isoforms of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA) present on all human leukocytes including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, eosinophils, and thymocytes but absent from circulating erythrocytes, platelets, or mature erythroid cells of bone marrow and non-hemopoietic tissues. This antibody is suitable for staining formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections with TUF pretreatment
