Biotin Mouse Anti-Rat CD11b Description：

The WT.5 antibody reacts with the α subunit of Mac-1 (αMβ2, CD11b/CD18) found on neutrophils and myeloid cells, but not on
lymphocytes. Mac-1 expression is rapidly upregulated on neutrophils after activation, in the same time period that CD62L (L-selectin) is shed
from the cell surface. Mac-1 mediates adhesion to ICAM-1 (CD54) and C3bi. Neutrophil binding to ICAM-1 is blocked by mAb WT.5.

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions, and unreacted biotin was removed.
