The MP6-XT22 antibody reacts with mouse tumor necrosis factor (TNF, also known as TNF-α). The immunogen used to generate this 
hybridoma was recombinant mouse TNF. 

APC Rat Anti-Mouse TNF Preparation and Storage：

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated to APC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free APC were removed.
