Recombinant Human VEGF CD4 Description：

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a heparin-binding, dimeric protein related to the PDGF/sis family of growth factors. Major 
sources of VEGF include pituitary cells, monocytes/macrophages, smooth muscle, and keratinocytes. VEGF is a mitogen for endothelial cells, 
activates and is chemoattractant for monocytes, enhances blood vessel permeability, and is a pro-coagulant. Human VEGF is a 38 kDa protein 
consisting of two 165 amino acid polypeptide chains. VEGF has been reported to stimulate mitogenic responses in human umbilical 
endothelial and adrenal cortex-derived capillary endothelial cells. After 3 -5 days of incubation with VEGF, responder cell mitogenic 
responses can be detected by tritiated thymidine incorporation into DNA or cell enumeration on a Coulter Counter.

Recombinant Human VEGF Preparation and Storage：

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.
Store undiluted at 4° C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
